For online orders we accept unworn, undamaged merchandise that is in the original condition it was received in. Tags must be attached and it must be free of stains, perfumes, smoke, and deodorant. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original packing materials.
Swimwear, jewelry, intimates, sunglasses, phone accessories, hats and sale items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for a return. If an item is sold with a discount of 20% or more, it is also FINAL SALE.
You have 14 days from the ship date of your order to be considered eligible to return your item(s). Returns received after 14 days will be automatically shipped back to the customer at their cost and no refund will be given.
If you meet the above criteria, you can log into your customer account and select “My Orders.” From there, you will select the order from which you are returning items by clicking “View,” and then selecting the “Return Item(s)” button on your screen. Fill out your return request form from there and it will let us know you are requesting a return. You must select your Return Reason (i.e. Did Not Fit) and your Return Action which requests a Refund, or Store Credit. See Refunds/Store Credit/Exchange information below.
We will do our best to reply and approve or deny your return within 48 hours of your request. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not follow the guidelines outlined above.
Once you hear from us that your return is approved, you have two options to get your return back to us:
- You can ship your item back with the service of your choice. We recommend using a service that will provide a tracking number so you can keep track of your return. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

- You can drop off your return for processing at either of our storefronts in Bentonville, Arkansas or Rogers, Arkansas.
We are not able to hold inventory for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item we recommend placing a new order and sending the original item back per the instructions above.
In order to get your money back, we provide two easy methods of repayment. You may either request a Refund with the original form of payment less the 10% restocking fee and shipping costs, or you may request the entire item amount less shipping costs in a one-time-use Store Credit to be used at a later date. Please note you must use the entire store credit amount in one transaction.
Why a restock fee? Please know that this is not a way for us to make money off of you, but is simply a way to help us recover some of the costs associated with shipping and returning an order including processing fees and packaging. We are a small business and we want to provide the very best products and service for you!
