Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped from our facility once your order has been accepted and payment has been approved. We ship USPS with a 1-3 day shipping time depending on where your order is being shipped.
Shipment costs are determined at time of checkout.
Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
We ship Monday-Friday, not including holidays.
An email will be sent to the email address included in your order with tracking information once your package has been scanned by USPS.
We will contact you by email if an item is out of stock or if we need additional information from you. We will issue you a refund to your original form of payment if the item is out of stock.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you checkout. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrectly submitted address.
For overnight shipments please contact us first at email@example.com with the subject line OVERNIGHT SHIPPING.
We currently only ship within the United States, but keep in touch in case we expand to ship internationally!
We are not responsible for any items that show as delivered on the USPS tracking website. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local USPS location first. Next, you can file an insurance claim with USPS. Insurance claims must be filed between 15-60 days from the date the package was delivered. USPS has the right to deny a claim if they show the item as delivered.
