FAQs
- Can I wear the clothes before sending them back?
Try all the clothes on at home, but don’t wear them out unless you plan to purchase them. Clothing must be returned unworn, and undamaged in the original condition it was received in. Tags must be attached and it must be free of stains, perfumes, smoke, and deodorant. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original packing materials. Any clothing returned in other conditions will be charged to your card. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not follow the guidelines outlined above.
- Can I return the items after the 48 hours?
All items kept beyond the 48 hour try-on period are FINAL SALE.
- What if I keep everything in my bag?
If you decide to keep all of the items your bag just let us know before the pick-up period. Your card on file will be charged, and you will receive an emailed receipt.
- What if I don't keep anything from my bag?
We’re sorry that you didn’t love your bag. One of our Label Ladies will come to pick up unwanted clothing within the 48 hour period. Please note the $25 styling fee is non-refundable.
- How does the delivery and pick-up work?
Once you have placed your order, one of our Label Ladies will schedule a time when you are home to hand deliver your clothes to your doorstep. When the 48 hour time period is coming to a close we will reach out again to schedule a pick-up time when you are home to retrieve the items.
- How does the referral program work?
Refer a friend to the styling service and receive $25 towards your next styling service when they buy their first item. Referral earnings can only be used toward future styling services, not applicable in store or on-line.
